(More customer reviews)DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!Not only would the key not work to unlock the bike, but it broke off inside the lock, so the spare key is useless.Only my second time using it.Got me stranded downtown.Had to take a very expensive cab back home to get my kids off the bus.I knew I shouldn't have bought the cheap one.Now I have to figure out how to free my bike.I wouldn't have given any stars if I wasn't required to.
