(More customer reviews)The Bike Pro Tie Down Strap works as advertised.It locked my wheel into the cradle of the wheel chock and kept my bike secure.I had a little problem losening the ratchet, but that might have been user error.Nevertheless, I recommend this item if using the Bike Pro Wheel Chock.

The kit comes complete with two anchoring plates that bolt under the Bike Pro's integrated quick release mounting plate. It has a 1,200 lb. tested ratcheting mechanism and the 4,000 lb. tested nylon webbing. The ratchet kit comes with two unique hooks that attach to the eyes of the anchoring plates.
