The first day I bought it I tried to set the combination and the lever broke off, making it permanently stuck at 0000. Soon after, the whole bike lock just fell apart. I opened it up and soon discovered that all the lock's major components are made of cheap plastic. I am amazed that Bell would put their name brand on such an inferior product. People I urge you not to buy this cheaply made imported "bike lock" and tell these companies to stop flooding our markets with this cheap crap.
