(More customer reviews)Purchased this to use at the gym. I followed the directions to change the combination to my own personal number, unfortunately after the change the lock would not open. I thought maybe I made a mistake and put in the wrong numbers, and after numerous attempts with similar numbers it finally popped open. This time I was extremely careful in following the directions and resetting the combination. But again, it would not open! I sent it back and got a traditional Master Lock 1500D Dial Combination Lock, 1-7/8-Inch, Black combination lock.
