(More customer reviews)It's got a key hole in the back to open the old-fashioned way.I got it for the gym, since I didn't want to carry around a key, but was paranoid that my girlfriend would use it and not remember the combo.She uses one key, I keep the other at home.
The extra 2 bucks is an insurance policy in case you don't trust yourself to remember 3 numbers, most people can do it, but for some (you know who you are...) it's a useful addition.
