(More customer reviews)The lock works fine. No lockis 100% effective. This one is probably easier to break than the more expensive ones, but my bike is a cheapie. My only quibbles with this guy are that the cable doesnt come with any velcro thing to hold it when its not being used (it flails a lot!) and the plastic bit for attaching it to your frame is pretty much useless. I just hang it off my stem.
