(More customer reviews)I have a set of S&W handcuffs which I love.I needed to add a set of leg irons to my tool kit and thought these would be a great deal.Thank goodness I tested them before attempting to use them.First off, they say double locking, but the set I received did not have a double locking mechanism.Right here I was upset because I had been misled by the seller, but that was not the biggest problem these irons had.The very first time I had them out of the box, I tried simply unlocking them and the unlocking mechanism jammed.The cheap key they included snapped off in the cuffs and jammed them so they could not be opened.Thank goodness this was a dry test or I would have been having to dig out a hacksaw.
So I got online to return them and found out Heartland will only except returns for exchanges!!Like I would ever use these pieces of junk after the first set broke the first time out of the box.So I am counting it as a 30 dollar lesson learned.
DO NOT waste your money on these cheap cuffs.Save your money and get a set of S&W 1900s.
