(More customer reviews)I needed this for a relatively low-security application, and the chain might have served -- it looks and feels cheap but it would probably slow down a casual thief. Unfortunately, the lock did not come with the tag that shows its starting combination, so it couldn't be opened. At $6, it wasn't worth my trouble to return it, so I threw the thing away. A waste.
