(More customer reviews)I have been futzing with U-locks for years, and although I've become skilled at locking my rear wheel and frame through various racks, I am done with it.So, why not a normal cable lock?Because bolt cutters are cheaper than my bicycle!
Thank you German engineering. This lock is great, and so is the frame attachment it comes with, it just snaps in and out. It's light, and strong. Can't drill the lock mechanism it will just spin the plate. Can't cut with a hacksaw, and have you ever used bolt cutters, you'd probably need a very burly pair to get this cable.
Another great feature is that it can be locked without the key, just unlock it, put the keys away, and snap it closed around your precious.Seriously if you have any bicycle that you'd rather not have stolen, and you're always annoyed at how long it takes to lock/unlock your bicycle... buy it.I got two.
