Excellent lock, excellent chain.The fabric sleeve that covers the chain is NOT Water resistant, meaning that the lettering flakes off after it gets wet.This is strictly a cosmetic issue, your bike is still safe, just covered in little white flakes till they get finished peeling off.
Otherwise a fine purchase.Yes, if you've got an expensive bike, I'd recommend this chain.Please be aware, it is quite heavy (about 8-9 lbs.)
